Delete Your FamilyHub 247 Account
At FamilyHub 247, we respect your privacy and provide complete transparency regarding your personal data. In accordance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v), Google Play User Data policies, and global data privacy standards (GDPR / NDPR), you have the right to permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time.
What Is Permanently Deleted
- Global Login & Authentication: Your Firebase login credentials, email identity, and active sessions are permanently erased.
- Association Member Rosters: You are removed from every association and chapter directory you belong to.
- Personal Profile Data (PII): Your phone number, residential address, work information, date of birth, and profile photos are wiped.
- Family Member Hierarchies: Dependent family member records linked to your profile are unlinked or deleted.

UserAssociationsis destroyed.
Financial Audit & Role Guardrails

Financial Records Retention: Dues, levies, donations, and Paystack transactions paid by you are preserved in anonymized format (attributed to
[Deleted User]) so association bookkeeping and annual audit reports remain 100% accurate. - Pending / Unpaid Assessments: Unauthenticated dues assessments are cancelled so associations do not carry false receivables.
- Principal Administrator Safeguard: If you are the founding/principal administrator of an active association with other members, you must transfer administrative control to another member before your account can be deleted.
- Executive / Co-Admin Roles: In associations where you are a secondary admin, your administrative privileges are revoked; other admins continue managing the association.
