Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy
Pentfield Technologies and FamilyHub 247 maintain an absolute, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are uncompromisingly dedicated to protecting children, preventing online exploitation, and ensuring our platform provides a secure environment for families and communities worldwide.
All inquiries and reports regarding child safety, exploitation, or abuse are prioritized immediately with continuous monitoring.
01 Scope & Zero-Tolerance Stance
This Child Safety Standards & CSAE Prevention Policy applies globally to all users, administrators, and visitors across the FamilyHub 247 mobile applications (Android and iOS), web portals, messaging systems, and digital directory services.
We strictly prohibit any creation, transmission, possession, dissemination, solicitation, or facilitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). Any attempt to exploit, harm, or endanger a minor will result in immediate and permanent account termination, permanent device identification ban, immediate content takedown, and urgent referral to national and regional criminal law enforcement agencies.
02 Strictly Prohibited Conduct
Under our standards, the following activities are strictly forbidden and will trigger immediate enforcement:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Uploading, distributing, streaming, linking to, requesting, promoting, or storing visual, audio, or written depictions of sexual abuse or sexual exploitation involving a minor.
- Child Grooming & Predatory Communication: Initiating, engaging in, or facilitating communication intended to establish an emotional connection with a minor to lower their inhibitions for sexual activity, exploitation, or abduction.
- Sexual Extortion (Sextortion): Threatening, coercing, or blackmailing a minor using real or fabricated private images, messages, or sensitive information.
- Commercial Exploitation & Child Trafficking: Soliciting, advertising, or trading access to children, child labor exploitation, or child sex trafficking.
- Non-Consensual Minor Media: Sharing private photographs, personal contact numbers, residential locations, or identifiable data belonging to children without explicit parental or legal guardian consent.
03 In-App Reporting Mechanisms
FamilyHub 247 provides seamless, integrated in-app reporting mechanisms that empower all members, parents, and community guardians to flag child safety concerns directly within the mobile application:
- Direct Chat & Group Chat Reporting: Users can tap the report option next to any message or media attachment to immediately flag it under the "Child Safety Concern / CSAE" category.
- Member Profile Reporting: When viewing any association member directory profile, users can access "Report Safety Concern" to report suspicious behavior, grooming attempts, or harassment targeting minors.
- Dedicated Child Safety Center in Settings: Within the mobile app under Settings → Child Safety & Protection, members can submit detailed reports, access emergency crisis hotlines, or review published safety standards at any time.
- Anonymous Reporting Option: Users have the option to submit reports anonymously to eliminate fear of retaliation while providing crucial protective intelligence.
Submitted in-app reports are routed with the highest urgency level (CRITICAL) directly to our specialized Child Safety Moderation team and recorded in our secure audit logs.
04 Mandatory Reporting to Regional & National Authorities
Pentfield Technologies and FamilyHub 247 actively comply with all applicable local, regional, national, and international child protection laws, including Title 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, the UK Online Safety Act, the European Union Digital Services Act, and Nigeria's Child's Right Act and Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act.
In fulfillment of our statutory obligations and ethical commitments:

- Regional & National Law Enforcement: We report confirmed incidents to designated regional law enforcement authorities, including:
- Nigeria: The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) and the Nigeria Police Force Cybercrime Unit.
- United Kingdom: The Child Exploitation and Online Protection Command (CEOP / National Crime Agency).
- International: INTERPOL Crimes Against Children unit and local child protection departments in the jurisdiction of the affected parties.
- Evidence Preservation & Chain of Custody: When illicit material is identified, we immediately quarantine the content from public view and securely preserve digital forensic evidence (including cryptographic file hashes, IP connection timestamps, user account details, and chat records) in a restricted vault strictly for review by certified law enforcement investigators.
05 Content Moderation & Enforcement Actions
We employ multi-tiered technical safeguards, automated media scanning, and human moderation workflows to uphold platform safety:
- Immediate Takedown: Flagged content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is quarantined and removed instantaneously upon detection.
- Permanent Account Banning: Perpetrators face permanent revocation of membership across all FamilyHub 247 associations and permanent device hardware blocks.
- Non-Notification of Suspects: In accordance with law enforcement standards, we do not notify or tip off suspected individuals prior to evidence handover to avoid compromising criminal investigations.
